1. How to order ribbon? 
Send us an enquiry with the type of ribobn, size, color and quantity, desire packing
We will send our color chart for your selection. Total 200 colors, most colors with regular stock. 

2. Payment ?
T/T, L/C (for bulk order), Paypal, Western Uninn, and Moneygram.

3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
The smallest MOQ you can imagine, the MOQ is different with different items, so we can answer according to your specific inquiry.

4. Can your offer samples?
Samples are free for existent items in our showroom, for items to be customized you pay little sample cost. Freight of sending samples are paid by you.

5. Lead time for samples & bulk order?
Solid color ribbons is 3 days;
Customzie Pantone color ribbons is 10 days;
Bulk production is 15 days
Lead time for already printed ribbons is 1 days; Lead time for custom logo printed ribbons is 5-7 days; Lead time for bulk production is 7-9 days (need to offer your logo in AI, PSD, CDR, PDF etc.)
Lead time for sampling handmade gift ribbon bows & ribbon flowers is 2 days; Lead time for bulk producton is 10-12 days, based on the qty
